Thomas F. Bower

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Thomas F. Bower, is a WIN TRAINING Board Member, working from Peoria, IL, USA.

  • Tom Bower holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
  • President of Bower Communications and co-founder of Mindset Consulting, he is an executive coach, facilitator and management and leadership consultant for businesses and individuals.
  • Tom consults with an emphasis on personal leadership, performance based methods, and communications. He is a ‘builder,’ with an extensive background in ‘building’ people and organizations and businesses. He is ‘grass roots’ in style, looking to relationships, quality team members, and strong commitments to develop a brand.
  • Bower’s introspection and sense of humor come alive in his essays and speaking engagements.
  • Tom served in the U.S. Air Force with assignments in Libya and France.
  • Tom has participated in leadership, consultation and volunteer roles for numerous boards and civic organizations.
  • He was a board member and president of the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association.
Donald Smith

Donald Smith

Executive Vice President
Donald L. Smith is a WIN Training Board Member, working from Peoria, Il, USA.
Donald L. Smith is retired from Caterpillar Inc., where he enjoyed a 40+ year career. Don managed various technical divisions after starting his career in Caterpillar’s Research Department. He is now involved in several charitable organizations and enjoys writing, gardening, being a sports fan, and golf.

John Pusey

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
EDUCATION:
Born in Bellefontaine, Ohio June 2, 1942; Admitted to Bar in 1969; Education —University of Notre Dame (B.A. cum laude 1965; J.D. 1968); Areas of practice include civil trial practice and domestic relations. Mr. Pusey was a finalist in the Notre Dame Moot Court Competition.
BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Pusey is a member of the Peoria County Bar Association. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Peoria County Bar Association and is a past President of that Bar Associaion. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Appellate Lawyers Association. He has been a frequent author and lecturer for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Peoria County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee, and Illinois Central College. He is also a former officer and director of Prairie State Legal Services, Inc., American Business Club of Peoria, Mental Health Association of Central Illinois, Willow Knolls Country Club, and Illinois Valley Notre Dame Club. He is a former member and past President of the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish Council.
Mr. Pusey has obtained precedent setting rulings from the Illinois Appellate Court ( In re Marriage of Willis, 234 III. App. 3d 156 (3rd Dist 1992)) and the Illinois Supreme Court ( In re M.M.D., 213 III. 2d 105 (III. 2004)). He was named a Leading Lawyer in Illinois in the area of Family Law. He holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a “AV Preeminent” rating from Lexis Nexis, the highest ratings for both legal ability and professional ethics. He also holds a Bradley University certificate in family mediation.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
John Pusey works on fundraises for St. Jude and other local charities. Mr. Pusey also is an active member in the St. Thomas parish, serving communion to those who are home bound. In addition Mr. Pusey takes pro bono cases for indigent clients.

Rafał Hejna (Rehasport Clinic)

Head Athletic Trainer
MA in physiotherapy. Graduated from the Cracow Academy of Physical Education in 2006. In the same year became a member of Rehasport Clinic. Expert in biomechanics analysis as well as in functional and motor preparing. Works with professional athletes from various sports from the moment of the injury throughout the process of rehabilitation, functional and motor preparing, until the full recovery. Currently working on developing an innovate program about treatment and rehabilitation of damage Achilles tendon in professional athletes and working with National Physical Education Association to improve Physical Education programs in Poland. Also lecturing Soccer UEFA- professional coaches during seminaries about different method of training and preventing injuries.

Holly Lynn Miller

Nutritionist
Holly Miller RD LDN CDE
Holly is currently working as registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator at Unity Point Health Methodist in Peoria where she also functions as the Diabetes Program Coordinator. Holly received herBachelor of Science in Dietetics from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois then completed her Dietetic Internship at Barnes Hospital in St Louis, Missouri. After working for 10 years as an outpatient dietitian and diabetes educator at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Holly returned to Peoria. Holly comes from a family of collegiate athletes as her father played soccer for the University of Delaware and her brother ran cross country for Bradley University. Sports nutrition has always been professional side interest for Holly for personal application. At Bradley, Holly took an extra class in Sports Nutrition and Performance. Holly currently is actively engaged in running, dancing and softball in her free time.

Daria Mieloszynska-Zwolak

Athletic Director 
Daria was born in 1983 in Poznan, Poland, where she played basketball for the Poznan Olimpia Sport Club beginning at age nine. At age eighteen she received an offer to play professionally in Poland but instead decided to go to the United States to get an education and to play basketball.

From 2002 to 2004 Daria attended Illinois Central College and played under legendary coach Lorene Ramsey. She was a member of the 2003 NJCAA National Championship team and in 2004 was named a junior college All-American. She then attended the University of Texas and played for Hall of Fame coach Jodi Conradt. In 2007 Daria graduated with a degree in Eastern European Studies.
Daria returned to Europe where she has played professional basketball for seven years and has also been a member of the Polish National Team for five years. She has twenty-one years experience in the field and has been certified to coach youth basketball by an accredited university in Poland. She has coordinated several camps and tournaments and coached youth teams throughout her career. She is a mentor in several projects and is a motivational speaker in schools to promote basketball, personal development, and a healthy lifestyle.

Sebastian Zwolak

Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator and Director of Physical Programming
Sebastian was born in 1982 in Wroclaw, Poland, where he started playing basketball at age eleven. He signed his first professional contract when he was eighteen. In 2000 and 2002 his team, Zepter Idea Slack Wroclaw, won championships. He also played in the Polish league and won the Polish Cup in 2000, and also played in the Euroleague. During these experiences he met many specialists in strength and conditioning and he developed great interest in the field. In 2006 he graduated from the University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw and earned a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Teaching. He is also a certified personal trainer and has certifications in wellness areas. He is currently working as a personal trainer at a fitness center and also works with some professional players to create personal strength and conditioning programs for them. He participates in many coaching clinics to promote strength and conditioning and a healthy lifestyle. He looks forward to being part of the first Warrior International Training, Inc. that created WINdow program to share his knowledge and develop potential in young athletes.
